Q: What does the cost include?
A: The per person cost includes hotels, touring ground transportation, breakfasts, dinners and tips. Please note this cost does not include airfare.
Q: Is the price per person?
A: Yes. Unless noted otherwise, all pricing is per person based on two passengers sharing the same hotel room.
Q: What if I want to travel by myself?
A: There is an additional fee to travel as a solo passenger, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for exact pricing information.
Q: What do I need to book my reservation?
A: To book a reservation you will need the legal name for each passenger in your reservation and a deposit per person. You will also need to read and agree to the Terms & Conditions before a reservation can be completed. Click here to sign up online.
Q: What is the reservation deadline for this event?
A: The deadline to book (deposit must be received) is December 31, 2019. Final payment must be received by December 31, 2019.
Q: Will my credit card automatically be billed for final payment, after I make a deposit?
A: No, we do not automatically charge your credit card. Passengers must log in to the website online to make their Balance Due Payment by December 31, 2019.
